a few years back my Barclay card hit its £2500 limit, they stopped sending me statements throw the post and I stopped paying it, with charges it got to around or just under £3000 , am I able to reclaim these charges or not? when I rang and asked why they stopped sending me the statements they admitted over the phone it was there fault and give me a good will £14 " fee " refund but said they cant do nothing about the rest?

Having already complained and recieved a payment which you accepted, you only get 6 months to refer that complaint to the FOS. After the 6 months is up, you can no longer complain about that unless you have significant new evidence which would likely change the decision or you have been incapacitated for the whole period since the complaint or suffered an event that has prevented from being able to refer it to the FOS.
