Oh my goodness that is shocking..... Hopefully some others will come up with reviews or stories telling me where to try and where to avoid. Also can anyone recommend where to get a 4 tier wedding cake . £500 + seems a lot of money !!!!
I know there are lots of places but somewhere that is reasonable and does not cost an arm and a leg ! I know people have recommended m & s but I would prefer to get one specially made if possible0 -

I agree, have heard nothing but terrible reports about it! Lying to get a sale, dresses late coming in etc.
The lady who owns it can be quite nasty too. She was pressuring my friend to get her 3 BM dresses as well as her wedding dress (which she had just chosen) in the shop. Friend said that she was going to get the BMs' dresses on the high street to save a few quid - Perfect Day lady sneered at her and called her a cheapskate! Friend told her to stick it up her bum, cancelled the wedding dress order and walked out! :rotfl:
£1,500 sale lost - what a numpty.

Had the same experience with the "lady" owner. After agreeing to a refund it took weeks to get it. Cheques mysteriously got lost in the post so my wife told her I'd be calling in to collect it - needless to say she wasn't there when I went in.0 -

LOL. I bet she wasn't! :rotfl:
[TEXT DELETED BY FORUM TEAM] is her name IIRC. I think she's married to [TEXT DELETED BY FORUM TEAM], the wedding photographer. Haven't heard any bad reports about him as a person, though his photography style is very tired and dated these days.Get to 119lbs! 1/2/09: 135.6lbs 1/5/11: 145.8lbs 30/3/13 150lbs 22/2/14 137lbs 2/6/14 128lbs 29/8/14 124lbs 2/6/17 126lbs
