I doubt anyone can advise without you knowing what the problem is.
Have you contacted customer support? what have they said? or did you contact them by email and they haven't replied yet?A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -

I emailed them and got an automated response saying they'll try and reply within 2 weeks (despite taking my money immediately of course!)
I was hoping anyone who's had trouble getting their report could share their experience.
Also Experian say the only way you can resolve the £2 report issues is via email or post!0 -
Sorry you've had a problem iAMaLONDONER. We're currently investigating this so if you can get in touch using this email address with details that would be really helpful.
Thanks

i just joined - the site wont recognise my username and password and whn i go to the forgotten login page it says :
"The information you entered does not match our records, please try again."
and then directs me to an 08 number.
is this a scam to run up call charges??0 -
- oh I just had an email saying that they should respond within 2 weeks. - Seriously 2 weeks for a login?? - that means that the 30 day trial will be 50% over by the time I'm able to look at it. Is this a scam??? seems like a scam...0

Company offering a service, not free
- maybe it's just me but every single other website that I've ever had to enter my name, address, credit card etc. details into has instantly send some sort of confirmation email...For example, joining this forum got me an email confirming my username instantly.
After 2 hours all I've gotten from Experian is an email exhorting me to join--- i just did. And they are seriously expecting me to pay £15 a month for them to deal with my credit history -come on!
Or do you think that the £15 is for webdesign?0 -
