Royal Mail have lost my package (Sky router), promised to get someone to call me back 3 times - Nobody called me! I assume they have lost my package. I have submitted a complaint for comensation. Probably wont reply.
Sky - Have adjusted my start date so I don't have to pay for days without internet & 75.00 boots vouchers! GO SKY!!

We've just switched to Sky from Virgin for our phone line and fibre broadband. Virgin created a big problem during the process - which has taken 6 weeks because of this - and were slow to rectify it but Sky were absolutely brilliant at helping to move things along.
They'd call back exactly when they said they would (unlike Virgin) and it was the same two reps who handled it throughout so they knew the situation without me being passed from department to department and having to explain it several times over each time I called (unlike Virgin) and my experience of their customer service was outstanding (again, unlike Virgin).
So yes, GO SKY from me too!0
