Can someone tell me what happens to the dividend if I transfer my S&S Isa to a new platform and one or more of the funds is ex-dividend on the day of transfer?

presumably they'll send the cash over a bit later on. that's what happens with shares which are ex-dividend.
if there's automatic dividend reinvestment on the sending platform, i'd make sure it's switched off first, to avoid complications.0 -

I changed funds last year on the same platform without realising there was a dividend due for reinvestment, so ended up with a small holding of the old fund. Easy enough to transfer separately but a useful reminder.0
