Bank of Scotland - 24 months 0%, 1.5% fee

if i was transferring £2500 of debt and I paid it all back in 24 months, how much am I actually paying to BoS?? is it £2500 + 1 time fee???
if not, what is the 0% bit all about?

Yes - it's the total amount you pay back.
However, you have to make minimum payments during 24 months, not just pay the total amount back in 24 months.
