PPI claim leading to DPA breach ???

Hi, if anyone has any advice it would be appreciated.
I have an ongoing PPI claim with Lloyds, all being handled ok. However today I received a call on my mobile from a number (all Lloyds calls are shown as withheld) and when I answered it, the whole recording of my conversation with Lloyds from last Thursday was played back to me. No one else spoke to me, it was almost like a crossed line until I realised it was my voice.
during this call I confirmed all my DPA. As I know Lloyds calls are withheld numbers I rang Lloyds PPI and they advised me they had not contacted me and that the number the call came from is not theirs, they are investigating however I have had no update yet.
Has this happened to anyone else ? I don't have third party involved at all. Also during the playback of the call I passed my phone to a work colleague as I couldn't believe what was happening and they confirmed 1000% it was me and a call with Lloyds. I now am concerned that my DPA info is out there in the public domain, when I ring the number the call came from I am prompted for a pin code to proceed, having run around I have been told they are a plumbing company who I have never heard of.
What can I do? other than sit and wait for Lloyds to investigate this potential breach of DP ? I have spoken to my bank and the Information Commissioners office who confirm there could be an issue. Am I missing anything else ?

Can you prove this happened ?0 -
I have a witness who is prepared to give a statement confirming they listened to the call also and also proof of time of call inbound. unfortunately I can't prove anything further as did not record the call when happening, neither do 02 record incoming calls.........:(
it could be I cant prove it in a court of law so to speak.......0 -

Without proof you aren't going to get very far. I'd wait and see what Lloyds come back with.0 -
what other proof can I get ? you are right though, but that's why Im appealing for thoughts and ideas such as the ones you have kindly given.0

it sounds like someone was probably listening to the call and perhaps got muddled up and ended up dialing you. not everyone has a withheld number. what was dialling code?
when you called back you probably spoke to customer service team member, the complaint handler who accidently dialled you isnt going to log their mistake that they accidently called you.
i wouldnt worry. there is no evidence of a breach of DPA at the moment.0 -
