WTC income query

Can anyone advise....
I am in receipt of WTC with the disability element (work 16hrs per week).
My living circumstances have changed and I want to go and live with my son and his wife.
I will also have an income shortly from a Mortgaged BTL property.
1. Will my WTC entitlement be the same once living with son?
2. When I declare income from rental property to WTC, will they only use the actual profit as income i.e amount of rent minus interest payment from mortgage..
