SVP.co.uk - HELP!!!

Hi everyone,
I ordered some goods (3 items) from this site.
Only 2 of the items arrived (the cheap ONES) in the one package from City Link. City link say they only record the package/s total (the items were in one city link bag/package) and they do not check or tell how many items are in each package. I am missing the digital camera that is for my mums birthday in a few days.
I then Phoned SVP, but get a message after a while - the mailbox is full and cant store any more messages.
I also filled out and emailed their online system - when I go into to track this query it says Status is closed???
Maybe Im getting paranoid, but the cheap mem card and another packages was included but not the digital camera - seems fishy!
I have confirmation leading up to delivery saying it was checked and packed COMMENTS
[9083] Ordered with supplier.

I have this information - Can I find a head office number at all?
SVP Communications
Registered Office:
Unit 9, Torbay Business Park,
Woodview Road,Paignton,
Devon TQ4 7HP
Company registration number: 4633448
VAT number: 750 5390 39
I paid by PayPal - what can I do to contact these SVP people and/or can I get my money back from anywhere if I dont hear anything or receive the goods?
What would you guys too - hope Im being paranoid, but something doesn feel right here! Been shopping online for 8 yrs no probs.

Looks like I jumped the gun:
The camera comes straight from our suppliers. I will pass the email on to the dept that deal with the suppliers and they will then email you to give you a time limit.
Regards,
Nathan

Hi
Just caught up with this one tonight. I have ordered quite a few times with SVP and no trouble with goods at all (mainly blank media or a memory stick - nothing quite as big as a camera). Glad it has resolved itself and sorry you have had a bit of a trauma.

Glad you got sorted. SVP IMHO are more than excellent at sorting problems out. My OH has been dealing with SVP since Steve started up and when the occasional problem occurs they are only to happy to get it resolved asap.
When a problem does occur it is very easy to jump and think the worse (which is usually what I do! lol) but just glad in this instance it got sorted all ok.0
