Should I still be getting XP updates?

Just curious as I still seem to be getting XP updates,though most seem to be security updates?

Thought support had stopped?

Support for xp will stop from july 2014.

Does this apply to all the retrospective updates that have already being rolled out, or is it just stopping future vulnerability updates?

Existing updates should still be available, but there won't be any new ones after 4/14.

The talk in the hacking community is that people finding security exploits in XP are keeping quiet and hanging on to them until MS ends support.

Those exploits will become valuable to the malware and virus community once MS stop issuing any fixes for them because so many users will continue to use XP. They will then be reliant on AV to detect and remove any threat while the vulnerability remains.
