If disabled people are on ESA, then in the future they wish to start making money online in any form (such as selling on ebay etc).
Then can they do this while being on ESA?
or ESA do not allow additional incomes, and the ESA will be stopped?
or there are terms which allow esa workers to try go get back into work or make money.
and which form of hmrc need to be completed for additional online income ?

I know nothing about ESA and working so can't help you on that but if you want to earn an income from selling on an Auction site or other place, here's a link that will help you decide if you need to register with HMRC

Not mentioning the tax side.
The _ONLY_ work you can do safely while claiming ESA is 'exempt work'.
Any work that is not exempt work risks the DWP deciding you are in fact in work - and you not being entitled to ESA.
Volunteering for a registered charity is one sort of exempt work.
Permitted work is another.
http://www.hertsdirect.org/services/advben/bnftsadvc/benguide/illdisabled/esa/work/ contains an overview of the permitted work rules.
You_MUST_ contact the DWP before starting this, and get their approval.
Permitted work does not affect your ESA income at all.0
