UKCPS (Car Parking Solutions) not AOS Registered. PCN unenforceable?

Hi guys,
I've done a search of the forums and not found any mention of this (apologies if I've missed a thread though)
I'm responding to a PCN from UKCPS (car parking solutions) based in Leeds and on their letter, they claim to be BPA members and approved operators. However, the AOS website has no mention of them. Is this decent grounds to have their ticket overturned?
Thanks

No idea why two recent posters have suddenly thought UKCPS weren't in the AOS because they are, have been for years. Read this thread which is now at POPLA stage and follow suit:

Your first appeal should be not as complicated as a POPLA appeal of course but that link at least shows you where you'll end up.
Read the ''Newbies read this first'' sticky thread for example first appeals from keepers.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
