short courses that can lead to good jobs?

Still looking for ideas online.

I just say a found as a 'traffic marshall'?
But job states must have a valid cscs card and a traddic marshall ticket.

Maybe I could take a course in that which should be quite quick to qualify?

I think I'd rather work in an office, but If customer based, I want it to be email based rather than telephone based.
Do them jobs exist and have a name?

Or a back office type job would be good, but I have no qualifications except GCSE's
