What is your experience if any of claiming against a health authority for medical negligence? I have contacted a firm of NWNF solicitors and they believe I have a good case for compensation and are willing to take on my case.

Clinical negligence claims tend to take a long time, four years is not unusual. With regards to no win no fee solicitors, you need to be clear on what they will take from any award, and also your liability for costs if you do not win.0

If you are looking for Medical Negligence Solicitor in London to deal with your case on the basis of "No Win, No Fee", refer to site xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. This is a law firm in the UK, London and gives 100% surety to win the case.
And you don't work for them?
