no-win no-fee solicitor, medical negligence

What is your experience if any of claiming against a health authority for medical negligence? I have contacted a firm of NWNF solicitors and they believe I have a good case for compensation and are willing to take on my case.

  • Have looked on the CAB forum here, very helpful, should've looked there first!
  • Clinical negligence claims tend to take a long time, four years is not unusual. With regards to no win no fee solicitors, you need to be clear on what they will take from any award, and also your liability for costs if you do not win.

It's always advisable to contact the lawyers who agree to take your case on the basis of "No Win, No Fee". As there is no financial risk to be worried off. If you are looking for Medical Negligence Solicitor in London to deal with your case on the basis of "No Win, No Fee", refer to site xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. This is a law firm in the UK, London and gives 100% surety to win the case.

And you don't work for them?

    Not very subtle :spam:.

I'd say scam rather than :spam:.

Domain registered in December with the registrant details hidden, site has no contact datails at all, except for a form to request a call back and no indication of who owns it.
