Removed from Insolvency Register?????

I just did a check on the insolvency register and noticed my IVA which was there a few months ago is now gone. I made 1 payment to the IVA but couldn't afford to keep up repayments with a divorce and lots of stuff going on so stopped. So does that mean they removed me from the register because it failed? I assume I'd stay on it once I was there?
