I would be very tempted to take her out.
However, first port of call would be to have a chat with this other parent. See what happened to them and what if anything they have done about it.
Another option is talk to the 'bod in charge'. Head teach (or such like)...see what they have to say about the situation.
The other local nursery may be full...but what about other local childminders. Talk to other parents you know for recommendations on someone who will take care of your child. I wouldn't want my little baby to be in a situation that is uncomfortable for them or potentially harmfull either.Baby Year 1: Oh dear...on the move
