3. The promotion commences at 9.00am on 15/01/2014 and ends at 11.59pm on 19/01/2014.

Entrants must submit their personal details (including name, email, post code), and tell us their top tip for eating healthily, as requested on the Page in order to be entered into the prize draw.
6. The Promoter may in its absolute discretion disqualify any entries which it feels do not comply with these terms and conditions or where any form of bad faith is suspected.
7. The entry must be submitted personally by the entrant. Entries by 3rd parties, collective entries or multiple entries will be disqualified.

12. The winner will be selected at random and will be sent a ‘notification email’ within 2 days of the draw to the email address supplied. The winner is required to reply by email, and provide delivery details, within 7 days of the date on which the notification email was sent.
13. If for any reason the winner does not reply to their notification email within 7 days the Promoter will undertake a redraw.
14. The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for alternatives.
