My Zog bill was e-mailed late last night and they have estimated from my read on 26th up to 31st, my read shows on the bill. Their billing period is calendar months, even though I moved to them mid month, so need to submit a read on last day of month for bill to be generated on 7th. Old fashioned but accurate and timely.0

Don't know about Zog .......but I tried sending my readings to OVO on the last day of the month to cut out the estimated usage for the last couple of days of the month.... and it didn't work! They ignored my readings altogetherand used estimates so I'm sending my readings ~ 27th month and accepting a little bit of estimation!:)0 -
I've recently switched from..(you guessed it)..Npower and I'm still waiting for the switch to go through but so far all the signs are good. Very good communication with good, quick and personal replies. And when I asked about Santander 123 cashback he seemed to be unaware of it but he got in touch with Santander and kept me updated and got back to me saying Santander had confirmed they had been added and would show on the list on their website soon. Very much looking forward to the switch from Npower. Despite having no online services they have a good mobile website so all you need to do is save the meter reading page as a bookmark pre-filled and it's as good as an app.0
