Second Vent/Warning in a week: Santander

I applied online for a 123 account 18th December. Heard nothing, filled in their online chasing form a week ago. Heard nothing.

Called up, no records of any application under my name, address, DOB, email address, application reference etc.

A total shambles. I will take my business elsewhere.

Muppets.

NPower and Santander you are made for each other - you can enjoy being a pair of totally useless corporates.

  • What a pain!
    We applied for the same and received a message asking for details for my husband. All okay, other than he doesn't have a Santander acc so we can't really put those details in.
    Emailed and asked, but not heard back :(
  • I called the complaints line 0800 316 9328 and they tried to sort it. I still need to go into a branch to complete it. Pointless with an online application then!
