I have a 300-page Word document in which page numbers have been inserted. I have looked endlessly, but can't find how to turn these off and return the document to unnumbered pages. There must be a way to do this, but I need some help in finding it!
Can anybody help?

If you manually delete the first one they should all go. It might be embedded into the header or footerInternet earnings:
Swagbucks - £748
InstaGC -£73
Nielsen Mobile - £70
Mobile Trends - £19.50
iPoll - £150 -
Are they showing in the header/footer? If so, go to headers and footers, then delete them. You might have to delete from each section.1. Have you tried to Google the answer?
2. If you were in the other person's shoes, how would you react?
3. Do you want a quick answer or better understanding?0 -
Double-click in the header or footer on the first page whichever has the page number and delete the number 1, then double-click in the margin and all the page numbers should have gone.0

Sorry guys, I am desperately trying to follow what you are telling me to do, but without success. I've never used headers or footers before, I simply used page numbers from the main menu.
Could you break down how I actually find the way into deleting the first page number, for example. I can't highlight it, and have found no way delete it.
