How do I go about looking for my Nan's Will?
I have no details except she died in London over xmas.

    Search the house see if there are any legal documents from solicitors. If so ring and ask. If not and the will is not at home then you could see if she lodged it with first register house at Holborn however to do that you may need details you cannot supply. If not then treat it as intestate and follow the rules of intestacy
