Help with fixing some shelving

The shelves are a foot above the floor and then another a bit above that.
They hold a video and TV and the top one, the TV shelf is sagging a bit and I would like to repair it but am not sure of my options.
I could fix a pole to the floor and bottom shelf and then another between the two shelves.
What other options are there ? If anyone can help that would be great.

Remove shelves from wall and where plugs have worked loose (reason for shelves sagging) make good with Polyfiller or similar. Best is to polyfiller around a new plug. Let dry 24h put everything back in place. Should be solid as a rock.0
