laptop screen faces wrong way

I leaned on my laptop keyboard to seal an envelope and my screen suddenly faced sideways and I dont know how to turn it back to normal. Please help:o

It's so people who do mostly document work can rotate their monitor through 90 degrees and get a whole page on screen at a good size. Although you don't very often see it used.One by one the penguins are slowly stealing my sanity.0

It only affects the primary monitor. On a laptop with additional screen connected anyway. (I tried this yesterday).

What happens if you turn one round, then make another one the primary monitor? I wonder if the first one will stay turned?0
