Transfering Data from Smart Media Card to PDA

Guys, I'm going on a holiday and have a Fujifilm Camera with Smart Media Cards. All I want is to transfer the data from these cards to my PDA's SD Card. I don't want to take my laptop or buy some extra cards!

So is ther any way I can transfer data from SMCARDs to SDCard? Any other ideas are most welcome. (I've Fujifilm FinePix 6900 and IPaq Rx3715)

Oh, and by the way: just found a review of the USB On-The-Go-Copy Box which you may like to look over first.

Apparently, it only works on USB devices which are treated as removable drives, so it might have trouble with either your camera or PDA if they use proprietary software to connect to a PC.

With that in mind, you may also have to buy a few little extras to make such a purchase worth your while; specifically, a couple of USB card readers which you can plug the SM and SD cards into.

At nearly £50 for the whole lot, however, it seems to me that buying a few extra memory cards for your camera would probably work out cheaper. Then again, taking that laptop along with you sounds even better!

Hmm... I doubt that you were planning on spending too much, but you might find a gizmo such as this more useful in the long run. Looks kinda like an iPod, costs about the same, but it reads flash memory cards too!
