MSE energy switch failure

This switch was requested in September 2013. I contacted MSE because there was a delay and then the supplier M&S energy sent me notification of the switch taking place in October 2013.
SSE who supply on behalf of M&S said in December 2013 it had taken place.
Today MSE said oops it did not take place, having checked again with SSE it did not go through and no one has any idea why.
So I have paid over the odds for my supply all because I used MSE site. Sorry but yes I am placing the blame on MSE because I regularly switch and have never encountered a problem with any of the other sites I have previously used for switching and will not use MSE again.
UPDATE: just had a call from SSE after my complaint to them they said switch did take place on 1st Sept 2013. so MSE owe me the £30 cash back as agreed, please pay me, thanks.

 Wisdom doesn't necessarily come with age.
Sometimes age just shows up all by itself
In the end, it's not the years in your life
that count....it's the life in your years
