stick on sun visors

I seriously don't think there is anything like that on the market.
I think the word 'visor' is not the best search term though.
You can easily find the rubber sucker stick on type and there are pull-down blinds too - that can still be see-through but give great shade.
I have the pull down kind on my camper.

You'll have noticed how heavily tinted privacy glass is increasing in popularity - not just for 'drug-dealer' wagons either.
By the way sellotape is no good for keeping kiddies hats on - best to use a staple gun.Or are there drawbacks with that too?
I was thinking of a staple gun to be honest with you.All the big powers they've silenced me. So much for free speech and choice on this fundamental human right, and outing the liars.0 -

Apparantly halfords used to do them; http://www.autoexpress.co.uk/accessories-tyres/45231/halfords-roller-sunblind
it's probably best to do that than what you're suggesting which is extremely fidgity.
Just get two for either side of the rear passenger windows, the front seats will block most of the direct sunlight coming in from the front.
Buggys used a twisty pole because they don't have windows. Cars have windows therefore it is much better to just stick blinds on windows.
Also cars have UV protection on all windows, if child is getting to hot then probably best to role windows down or put AC on.
A bit of sun during this time of the year will do the child good (vitamin D production).
I cant believe there is nothing on the market like they have on buggies. The buggy ones have a clamp that you fasten to the frame but the principle is the same except you are using a sucker instead of a clamp.
We bought 2 visors from Halfords for a tenner and stuck them on the rear door windows but as ive said it ok if the sun stays there.
Our little grandchild loves being active wether thats playing or having someone read to him or keep him active. Hats are no use, he only pulls them off.
Honestly though I cannot believe no one makes such a thing. so you can adjust it easily and without any problems. Yes you would require someone to do this but as in our case when Im driving and the little one is in the rear we always have someone sat beside him for safety and comfort, pain in the bum stopping every 2 minutes to pick up a dummy etc when he gets angry. All the big powers they've silenced me. Clamp one for a buggy to the handle above the door. If you put a elastic band around the childs head it will keep the dummy in place.0

Nobody makes such a thing to go in a car as (a) Hit one at child buggy speed - no harm. (b) Hit one at car/motorway speed - loss of eye, etc, etc.
If Grandma is sat in the back with the child, can she not have a piece of card in her hand to shield the child's eyes?"There are not enough superlatives in the English language to describe a 'Princess Coronation' locomotive in full cry. We shall never see their like again". O S Nock0 -
You couldn't put a blind on a front side window either as this is obstruction of your view & would lead to the plod pulling you over.
This poster points out the reason why you cant get the product your after. You cant go putting something like that on your front side windows you'll quickly get pulled over for it.
For your particular problem the best product would be to have your windows tinted would be your best bet probably not what you want to hear. Your allowed 25% on your windscreen 30 on the front sides and what ever you want on the back.0 -

Yup - privacy glass as I mentioned in post #9 is the way to go. It can be done after-market of course, with a tinted film applied to the rear windows.
I used to smile and think it was silly. I'll never have a car without it now.0 -

Here is a word of advice:- Stop Pandering.
If the sun is bothering him he can look away or close his eyes. And he doesn't need a dummy either.0 -
Stick the child in the boot. Nice and dark.. You can let them out if they have been especially good.
As mentioned you wont find one because you cannot obscure the vision on the windscreen and front side windows.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0
