How to update "default" status to "satisfied" post Protected Trust Deed

Hi everyone, I'm sure this has been covered elsewhere before but I have been reading so many articles etc on how to do this that I'm now completely confused!
I was discharged from my PTD early Novemeber 2013 and have just signed up to check credit files with the main 3 agencies- I wanted to make sure all previous credit was listed as "satisfied" or "settled" post trust deed.
All have been updated to reflect this except my 2 credit cards (one with Mint, the other a Halifax card).
My question is- how do I go about getting the companies to update their records so that they are reflected on my credit file? I understand I need to write to both cards and ask for it to happen, but have no idea what to put in the letter? I also have my letter of discharge from the company who handled my Trust Deed which I can send along with the letter as proof. Would I need anything else? Is it worth asking my trustee (company who handled the trust deed) to get involved?
Any advice really appreciated!!!

The is a letter to do this for bankruptcy on the bankruptcy board here. I think you just have to adjust it to read 'trust deed' instead?Still rolling rolling rolling......
