Hi,
Has anyone else booked a holiday with the Sun which is listed as a pay only £9.50pp and received a booking confirmation including the cost of entertainment passes and service charge?
My sister is worried as she has booked Butlins Bogner for the 3rd November and her confirmation email from the Sun includes all extras bringing the total to nearly £140?
Thanks in advance x

£9.50 is the Headline price, however the parks then charge a service charge for Gas/Electric etc and then most charge for Entertainment passes, although the entertainment passes are normally optional.Joovce, Joovce you want me to spell, it's a J, V, C.0

I don't think I worded it correctly, I know service charges and entertainment are extra but they have some dates at some parks where these are free, and the 3rd November at Bognor is one of these.
I'm thinking that maybe it is an automated email and when the confirmation comes from Butlins they will have taken these costs off.
Thought there might be someone who has booked before and knows how it works with free passes and service?0 -
It says this on the website and as it also says Nov 3rd is one of those dates at Bognor I'm sure they'll either not charge the extra or refund it.
