Hi just a plea for a little advice,
1/ I have received the expected NTK and they havnt even got the surname correct,is that relevant in any defence,
2/ what is the best method of contacting the parking company
in this case ukcps,?in writing or via e mail and do you recommend a registered letter

To the last point - No. A registered letter is the last thing you should do, as PPCs have a habit of not signing for such letters so there's no proof it has arrived - in fact there's proof of the opposite. A (free) certificate of posting is much better.0

when you get to your PO ask for a free proof of posting, they note down where its going and give you a piece of paper with all the details, time and date posted, destination etc0
