Have you tried finding this with google??
all i get is links to grants that no longer exist
I need i think blown in loft insulation as the loft space is not nice with no large areas to lay out rolls, making things worse is slate tiles and no felt and bad acces when in the loft
does anybody have advice on installers or product in wirral / merseyside / cheshire

I'm in a nearby area and struggled with this also. I stumbled across this website - http://www.epplus.org.uk/what-we-do/advice/ - they appear to give advice on energy efficiency generally. I kept meaning to give them a call but have not yet got round to it.....you could give them a try?0
