Boots sale - now 90% off

E.mailed customer care to find out whether any part of my order would be dispatched at 19.30 last night and received email at 23.00 to say order had been sent with all items ordered in parcel. Fingers crossed this happens.:)

Places an order for store delivery Thurs morning, got dispatch email at night saying it would be delivered Friday. Haven't received the usual text and email saying it was ready for collection. Was about to make the journey yesterday but decided to ring the store. A lovely lady cbecked all the order they'd received in the morning but couldn't find mine and said she didn't have a clue when it would arrive. Never happened to me before, but I guess there's always a first!

I placed the order at 5:00am Wednesday and got a despatch email at 2:30pm yesterday. The whole order has just turned up. Good luck to those who are still waiting.

Just spoke to Boots customer service on live chat about my order that I placed at 5.07 on Wednesday that is still showing as processing. She said she has sent a query to the warehouse and that if I haven't had a despatch email by Monday, to contact them again! Starting to panic as I ordered 30 items and I'm guessing by now, quite a few might be unavailable...

Last year I bought about 10 items and waited longer, apparently large orders were dispatched last. It appears nothing has changed.

Just picked up 3 small orders, 2 placed at 5am and one late afternoon and thankfully everything arrived

Just out of curiosity what's this boots back door people are talking about ?

'Boots back door' was a link that people used to see the sale before it went late. Made no difference though, I used it and had 90% of my items cancelled.

My order from 5.06am on Wednesday has arrived, although I never did get the despatch email for it (I knew it was coming as I kept checking my order history). My collect in store order has been delayed though.


I agree about the packaging, no bubble wrap or packing, luckily everything has arrived (minus the 4 cancelled items) in one piece.

I was in nott vic centre about an hour ago ~ still 4 aisles of sale stuff including gok trio white tubes, oo7 sets, no25 candles, loads of green and hopewood, sanctuary spa hand duo, white stuff hand duo, royal jelly sets, babys 1st xmas stuff, jamie oliver and gino stuff, be enchanted pallettes, salonniere pallettes, small ted baker sets, mens ted baker sets, gadgets, pens, minnie straighteners, james brown minis ~ loads and loads of cards, wrap and xmas gift bags plus thousands of slippers, slipper boots, socks and scarves. mugs and photo stuff and also angry bird sets as well. some of these must have been delivered to store since wednesday because theres so much of it left!

also circus circus and glitter babes, and vintage jewellery hangers.
