I ordered the Twinnings tea set and Brie baker on weds with a few other bits. It was efficiently delivered to the little Boots pharmacy over the road this morning. It was in a huge box with no packing inside and needless to say they were all in a thousand pieces!

The packaging was a disgrace! I too received an item broken due to no padding!

now i think about it, there was absolutely no padding in my online order either - and there was a glass candle in there, which very luckily is in one piece (not much room to rattle around in the box as it was full with my other items).

I have had an email today, confirmation for my order ( which I made at 5am Wednesday). Boots email / order states delivery for this Saturday, but then I had a text from the courier company saying Monday
?

I wished I'd opted for store pick up , but I never saw that option when ordering

Huge boxes with no padding, items rattling round loose. Luckily nothing was broken or damaged. Sort it out boots!

There have been loads of Playboy pin up toilette water & deodorant gift sets RRP £10 and no one was buying it at Boots store I visited today. looks like the least popular sale item of 2014 Boots sale:rotfl:

Am still waiting for a dispatch notice ordered items 5.28am on Wednesday (working shifts) and so far 4 out of 8 items have been withdrawn.Would love even 1 item to be sent you can always return items if there's a problem.

I've had a dispatch email for my order but it says four items are cancelled, however, when I log onto my boots account it's says that those four items are coming & the other items are cancelled! A note at the bottom of the order says that the parcel has now been cancelled but the tracking information on the courier's website says that my parcel has been received at the distribution centre so I've really no idea what is going on!!!

It is supposed to turn up tomorrow so we shall see. Really not impressed with Boots though. Why hold a massive sale if they can't cope? It's all so hit & miss and very frustrating that I probably won't bother next year.
