Parking Eye charge Blackpool

Hi people i would really appreciate some help on this one if any of you have the time to help me out, I own a company car and received an email from work to say that i have received a parking fine from parking eye for spending 20 min in one of their car parks, which currently stands at £90, i replied to Parking Eye with a strong appeal letter using information from this site, I was hoping that they might cancel it upon receipt.

But I have received another letter back from them basically stating that my appeal was of a generic nature which they have seen before and that they are still pushing for the £90.

If anybody can help me id like to know where do i go from here ? is it just a case of replying and demanding a polpa code ?

If anybody is interested I can show them copies of all the letters.

Hopefully speak soon
cheers
S

they should have issued you with a popla code , so send this back
    Dear PPC

In reference to the invoice xxxxxx, and your letters of (date). As the keeper of the vehicle, I've decided to deal with this myself and raise the following points.

    1) The charge is not a genuine pre-estimate of loss
    2) Your signage is inadequate and does not comply with the BPA Code of Practice
    3) You do not have authority or contract to issue these invoices

As you know popla upholds all appeals on the above, so you are invited to cancel this invoice now, or to issue a POPLA code so I can take my case to them

    Sincerely

    The driver

it may be a strange thing to say but their replies are generic too and same as we have all seen before as well ! so ours should be no different unless there is something different to say ;)

    lol

now start working on your popla appeal for when you get the reference back
