1. Closing date: midnight (GMT) 17/08/07.No person may win more than one place. No cash or other alternative prizes available. Unless specifically agreed in writing by the Promoters the prizes must be taken by the winners in person.
2. Each place to AdeZ Strength Island is for the winner and one guest who must be aged 18 or over on the day of departure. All winners must be available to travel on 21/10/07. Return flights on 28/10/07. The prize trip consists of two return economy flights to Petit St Vincent with the itinerary, London to Barbados and Barbados to Union Island. The winners and guests are responsible for their transport to and from the London airport.
3. The prize includes transfers between Union Island airport and the resort on Petit St Vincent, seven nights shared accommodation (two per room) full board (exclusive of alcoholic drinks), comprehensive travel insurance, £500 (GBP) spending money per couple. Full details of the prize trip will be confirmed in the prize winners’ letter. No other costs will be covered by the promoters other than those stated above.
4. During the stay in the AdeZ Strength Island, there will be some simple physical and intellectual Strength Challenges organised which winners and guests may wish to take part in, more details of which will be explained in the prize winner’s letter.
5. All winners and guests must ensure that they have a permanent passport which must be valid for at least six months from the date the Winners return from AdeZ Strength Island. Winners and guests will be responsible for ensuring that they meet all visa and immigration requirements.
6. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the promoters reserves the right to substitute for one of equal or greater value any or all of the prizes or any element of the prizes, including, but not limited to the presence of the celebrities Kirsty Gallacher and Mark Ramprakrash at AdeZ Strength Island.
7. Within seven days of the closing date, all winners will receive by post a prize winner’s letter which will act as confirmation of the prize win. Winners must confirm acceptance of their prize within 14 days of the confirmation. Any prize not accepted within this time will lapse and the promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with rule 3. This rule 14 on notification and forfeiture shall also apply to all substitute winners.
8. The winners and guests must be willing to participate in publicity arising from this promotion.
9. A list of prize winners’ names and counties will be available after 22/10/07 by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to; AdeZ Strength Island Winners, PO Box 19, East Molesey, Surrey, KT8 9XP.
10. By entering this instant win promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controllers for the purposes of the administration of this promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. All entry instructions form part of the rules.
