The tenancy and DOV situation are confusing.
She died before finalising her will, so to which will did the DOV apply?

You say you were tenants in common. Does that mean you were already, or you would have been had the will been valid and had the DOV amended the will?
All the beneficiaries of a will have to agree to a DOV. Again, which will, which beneficiaries?

All the beneficiaries of a will have to agree to a DOV.

Only the adult beneficiaries whose inheritance will be affected need to agree to a DOV.

    OK, Mr Pedant.
But the other co-owners and beneficiaries clearly would have been affected in this case.

So which will had the DOV?
The one that had not been implemented, or some other will?

I'm still not clear exactly over the basic facts.

An original will did exist but she had a dov drawn up which I only got to know about after her death.

The original one was less favourably in division of shares.

We always were tenants in common.

A month has also now passed since I paid the money to the executors solicitor and I have had no response from the solicitor.

No answer even though I have emailed twice.

I stretched myself to get that personal loan to buy them out.
