cpu processor help needed

You won't get a good gfx card for £50 - you're going to have to look at spending £100+ for a card that will even start to run modern games okish - not even well.
As for the cpu if you are looking at older p4's then get an AMD Athlon 64 - their prices have dropped recently to try compete with the CoreII duos (well compete pricewise) and absolutely wipe the floor performance and price wise with old style p4's. For £50 you should be looking at
