Captcha won't work

HI,

Can anyone please tell me why the captcha entries will not go through. Firstly, I found them very difficult to read (there the ones where they go black and white and it's hard to read them).
Secondly, even when I know I've done it right, it still won't go through.

p.s. I use a library computer and don't know if that's the reason.

Sometimes the page gets confused about which captcha it's given you - I find refreshing entirely and re-entering my details helps.
Otherwise, are you sure they're not case sensitive (they don't always tell you)?

It seems that a lot of people are having the same problem. Can anyone tell me how to change the captcha to an easier one to read. I keep clicking on for another one but the same style comes up.

I use a public computer and don't know much about them anyway regarding how to download stuff or whatever? But even if there is a way to change them, would I be able to do that on a public computer?
