Hi just an update i found a new place to live in wakefield with a nice landlord who lives in the property
As for the question was there any services there was a cleaner who came once in a blue moon and cleaned the bathroom and kitchen ect

I assumed that ruggedtoast was being sarcastic....
But yes, the landlord will inevitably serve notice and evict the OP eventually but hopefully learn their lesson about not faking a live-in landlord and going through legal procedures.0
