Can anyone help Court Order

hi there,
I recently received a court order for a sum in my maiden name, I stupidly ignored it as I have not had my maiden name for some years & thought it was abit dodgy. It arrested my wages I contacted the solicitors that are corresponding with me on the companies behalf, I contacted them asking for the credit agreement as I have No Idea as to what this debt is as I do not have any debt in my maiden name!
I asked for this in October when the c/o came into place, they replied saying they have asked but not received the agreement as yet so 2 months later still no word on credit agreement ( arrestment of wages still in place for something I know nothing of) all they told me is that the debt is from 2004!!!!!! Still none the wiser what this is but its coming out my wages I thought that the debt would be classed as barred (in Scotland)?
I have also checked my credit file & theres nothing on there in regards to this?
iv not got a clue but any help on this matter would be appreciated!
