Wren Living

I've just looked at some bedroom furniture at our local (new) Wren Living. The price was good and the quality seemed fine but before I order, does anyone have any experience of this company and could offer an insight.

Thanks.

Please give advice with some honesty Adam, Adamg works for one Wrens main competitors Howdens joinery. And for the record again I do work for Wren living... and I have no problem with constructive comments or complaints on this forum , but these unfounded attacks are leaving you with no credibility.

    Regards

the fact you assume I work for Howdens leaves you with no credibility, you only have to see previous post of mine about Howdens and especially Lamona appliances to realise that I don't. If you want honestly I will fill this tread up with every single link I can find with honest customer reviews about Wren, then we can discuss credibility.

One does protest to much.....asking people to pm you when they want to buy from Howdens direct rather than via an account holder, leaves me to assume that you work for them. I think thats the correct assumption to make, also whenever Wrens name is mentioned in a negative way your straight in there with both feet. Why ?, I dont see any purchasing history or direct contact mentioned in any of your posts.

Wouldn't recommend buying from the Wren store on Team Valley in Newcastle. Have had problems with their team since having wardrobes fitted on the 21st August. As the fitter started to build them, he realised the man from the store had order...ed the wrong stuff. This meant he could build the body but not put the doors on. After a 2 week wait, the doors arrived and were fitted, the next morning I woke to a large crack running through the bottom of the mirrored panel. I contacted Wren and was informed I might have to pay as it was apparently my fault. After a couple of weeks of arguing, as I knew I had not caused it, they sent a man out to assess the wardrobes. The man barely looked at the door but said he would order a new door as a 'gesture of goodwill'. This meant we would be the fitters last priority. We had to phone Wren a week later, despite the man promising us he would ring us (this has happened many times) and were told that the door had arrived but the fitter was too busy. A week after that, a different man called to say that the door had just been delivered, when we queried this, we found out that the man had lied to us, telling us it had been delivered when he hadn't even ordered it. This is early to mid November by now, and, feeling fed up, we went to the store itself and asked to speak to a manager. We were presented with the man we have been dealing with all along, who, to be honest, has been extremely useless. He promised us it would be sorted that week. A fitter did come to change the door, only for us to discover that the wrong door had been ordered! The most recent update (5 weeks later) is that our new wardrobe door will not be delivered until at least after Christmas. As well as all of this, the wardrobe doors are not soft close, like we were told they would be and when we asked about this, the man blames the fitter and doesn't really seem to care. The current doors are also not fitted properly as they are wonky but, again, this seems to fall on deaf ears as he doesn't want to know. After many months of lies, false promises and waiting, I am completely and utterly fed up. I am paying over £2000 for these wardrobes and, because they are getting the money, Wren don't want to know about the complaints! I would not value the product at anywhere near that amount and am so angry that so much fuss can be caused over a wardrobe door! Don't buy from Wren!
