Hi there I had a Barclay loan back in 98/99 with ppi what is the chance of getting it back was told 4 years ago by the bank I had no chance.

The bank wouldnt tell you "no chance". it would give you a reason why your complaint was rejected. If you have already complained and been rejected, you can ask them to review a 2010 case (normally you cant get a complaint reviewed like that but early PPI refusals can be reviewed upon request).
