8. There is 1x Prize available.
9. The Prize is a 7-night stay for 2 adults at The BodyHoliday with return air travel in World Traveller (economy) class with British Airways from London Gatwick to St Lucia. Prize must be taken in 2014 and date restrictions apply; the Prize cannot be taken during bank holidays, the Christmas period and School Holidays.
10. Transfers to and from the airport in St Lucia are included.
11. Accommodation is based on 2 adults sharing a Luxury Garden View Room. The prize is strictly non transferable. The prize includes all meals, local beverages and bar drink, house wine with meals, complimentary land and watersports with tuition (including shore diving, one per day for PADI certified divers) – please check with the hotel at the time of stay as to which watersports are available to take as part of the Prize, as these are seasonal. One daily spa treatment is included per day at the Oasis excluding day of arrival and departure, from the following treatments only: Lucian Lime & Ginger Scrub, Aloe Vera Body Wrap, Full Body Massage, Aromapure Facial, Deluxe Coconut & Spice Combo, Hydrotherapy or Hand and Foot Zone Therapysubject to availability.
12. All elements of the Prize are subject to availability at the time of booking.
13. For the avoidance of doubt with reference to section 2.3 of the standard competition terms and conditions (link above), the following will be considered to be connected with this competition: any employee, agent or director of British Airways plc (BA) or it’s sub-contractors or travel agents.
14. The Prize cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative Prize.

This promotional travel award is only open to Eligible Participants. . BA reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Eligible Participants.
Promotional travel must be booked and completed by 31 December 2014..
Reservation changes are not permitted after tickets have been issued. On all e- ticketable routes we will email an e-ticket itinerary to you.
Outbound and return promotional travel must be completed by 31 December 2014 and cannot be extended beyond this date.
Promotional travel will be return flights to Saint Lucia on mainline services operated by British Airways plc.
Promotional travel must start and finish from LGW.
Promotional travel must be booked by quoting ref 1-249833637 and emailing the completed booking form and signed Terms and Conditions to [EMAIL="consumer.support@ba.com"]consumer.support@ba.com[/EMAIL] .
Promotional travel is subject to availability. No stopovers are allowed. Domestic connections, transfers and other add-ons are not included in the promotional travel.
Promotional travel is not refundable and once ticketed cannot be changed or transferred to any other passenger. Children and Infants under 12 years old are not eligible to travel on this prizewinner ticket. No cash or credit alternatives are available.
All travel on BA flights is subject to BA's general conditions of carriage for passengers and baggage (copies available on request) and the notice and conditions of contract contained on each ticket or itinerary.
Eligible Participants must be in possession of a valid passport and visa, and, where necessary, must have necessary vaccinations and inoculations together with documentation proving this. They must arrange comprehensive medical insurance cover for themselves for the duration of the promotional travel.
Tickets for promotional travel are valid for the Prize Winner accompanied by one travelling companion, both persons must travel together at all times.
