Thank you Big Bad Dad, RedX and Coupon Mad.i hate to say this but a I am awfully thick ;( and never got a ticket before. Quite a mouse really. I have read the posts again and again but can't get my head around what is bein said. RedX you are right, I just want to get rid off this whole situation. I enjoyed reading through the links and wrote the letter a while ago. I would have liked to take ignore the PCN and buried my head in the sand, but knowing my luck it would have come back and bit me in the rear, lol! Cheers guys for your help.

So do you mean you have actually now sent an appeal (not just a letter saying you'd received theirs)?

If so you simply wait for their rejection and POPLA code and then you use an example of a winning Airport/APCOA POPLA appeal, as linked in the 'Private parking Ticket? Newbies please read this first' thread...you know, the one you read first...the one at the top of the forum...

Also how about searching this forum for the single word 'Luton' to read hundreds of other threads about this place and see what POPLA appeal won.
