Well it looks like 007 will be allowed to go above 70 soon, wonder if they will have flashing blue lights, or an Aston Martin to determine who they are ?

Yet more folks allowed to break the law.
So Sir John Sawers, Head of SIS (MI6) on his way home with an Indian take-away can put his foot down so his wife Shelley's pakora don't get cold.
Of course Andrew Parker, Head of the British Security Service (MI5) gets the same permissions for himself and his colleagues - might be handy if he is in a rush to 'twitch' an ornithological rarity.
All in the interests of 'National Security' of course.
An opportunity perhaps for the folks who make those yellow rear window stickers:
Instead of 'Baby on Board' -
Caution - Spy on Board0 -
One sincerely hopes that the spooks will not only have to take the high-speed driving course but that they will have to pass it at the same standards as the police. If the suggested wording is applied then it will also include the military of course and at what point will "national security" end?
Will it, for example, include Health Visitors who help ensure the security of the nation's young? Is that not a national security issue? God help us if all those Nissan Micras will be expected to go over 70mph or that rushing an urgent supply of SMA to some poor soul will require the use of blues and twos?[/p*ss-take mode].My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).
For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com0
