As you'd expect as a newbie who has recently received a court claim from PE I have been reading the success stories with interest so my congratulations to Bargepole. I have to prepare a defence against a claim asap so would be grateful if anyone could help me with the wording for this. I overstayed but have receipts for the timeI was at the retail park? Many thanks

Firstly, you need to start your own thread, don't hijack somebody elses.

Of course I appreciate if you're not in a position to disclose to us at this stage, we all know the parking speyes are reading this.

I do have two dates planned in the next couple of months, although both of those involve different PPCs, not PE.

There are other PE cases at an earlier stage, no dates listed yet, where I am available to attend court if required by the defendant.
