Parking Charge Notice P4 Parking

I recently received seven penalty charge notices for non display of parking permit. The vehicle was parked in a private residents car park with the parking permit displayed on the centre consul and not the visible on the dash board. The vehicle was parked in the space for a period of month during my time working overseas.
I have appealed to P4 and consequently rejected. They sent POPLA appeal forms and a verification code.
Is there anything I can do to have the fines reduced as I am a resident and hold a valid permit. I also have proof by way of flight tickets confirming I was abroad and not able to act on the first penalty charge notice.

Well I think we'd prefer it if newbies read the sticky threads of advice at the top first rather than having umpteen new threads every day all asking exactly what is already covered in the thread called 'Private parking ticket? Newbies please read this first!'.
