I brought a new tv 14 months ago and it has broken already I have the receipt is there anything I can do. Been back to the shop and I have called the manufacturers but they said because it out of the 12 month guarantee they won't do anything. Very unhappy

All you can do is pay to have it fixed by a reputable repair agent.I have called the manufacturers but they said because it out of the 12 month guarantee they won't do anything. Very unhappy
If the TV is a supermarket "cheapie", you are probably wiser buying a new TV from a dealer who offers a five year guarantee.0
