Icelolly isn't a travel agent just a comparison site. All the travel agents on there advertise below net to get on to page one and therefore get calls from the likes of yourself looking for a cheap holiday. Luggage and transfers aren't included in the displayed prices. They operate the same way as teletext.
Try Asda travel, there prices are live and reasonable.
Make sure any company you use are ATOL bonded.0 -
Try a proper Travel agent website or on the high street, Thomas cook, jet2, cosmos, Olympic, thompsons, generally what they quote is what you pay unless you leave it a few days and prices change.0

a1 travel, 118 holidays, teletext holidays.0

There's not many websites that will give you a full cost upfront, even the big name agents add on baggage and optional extras on the end if you want them.
Some will suggest booking your flights directly with the airline and then the accomm directly with the hotel but that's only OK if you have any idea where you want to go and when. As someone else has said 118 Travel have a decent website, as it allows you to search 'anywhere' and you can even select the 'best of xx' and just select a month in which you want to travel so will give you an idea of where to get a cheaper deal. But you would still have to go through to the final page to get a full price.
I have started to follow this page on facebook though that has some good deals and do include baggage and transfers in their original price: https://www.facebook.com/cheapholidaysnorthwest might be worth a look.Lea

Exactly, there's no getting away from the need to get a bit of paper and pen and doing a bit of a comparison yourself, time invested can really save money.Posts are not advice and must not be relied upon.0 -

All reliable companies as long as you avoid buying Ryanair flights from them. All ATOL protected. To be honest though, not having ATOL isn't really a big deal. Your travel insurance should cover everything they do and more.
Or of course, cut price Thomson, Thomas Cook, Cosmos etc packages available at https://www.holidayhypermarket.co.uk
Either that, or do what the real moneysavers do. Find a flight on skyscanner/kayak, and book it directly with the airline. Compare the hotel website with Trivago, and book the best price. Then either book a hire car with a local hire company found on tripadvisor or reviewcentre, or book a transfer with https://www.resorthoppa.com or https://www.suntransfers.co.uk
That was taken from another thread entitled 'Alternative to LowCostHolidays, but applies equally here.
although the one consistently reliable name that's missing from that list is obviously https://www.lowcostholidays.com0
