H&L Double transactions on monthly subscription

I have an ISA with H&L, paying £500 into it each month, which is used to buy 5 funds.

Just noticed that this month they have purchased one of the funds twice, leaving my account with a -£100 balance.

For my Wife's ISA, we do the same and they have appeared to have purchased 2 of the funds twice, leaving a balance of -£200.

I've sent H&L a secure message, but wonder if anyone else has had this?

They've done it with one fund for me. See if it corrects itself over the course of tomorrow - it could just be a weekend website !!!!-up.
    IANAL etc.

Very impressed - they responded to the secure message already.

Confirmed a "Technical issue" had occurred and they would fix it early next week.

I noticed my capital account had less in it than I expected and was just waiting to see if it sorted itself out after the weekend but seeing this post I checked and they've doubled up on one of my funds as well

    Thanks for the heads up

Mine's back to how it should be this morning.

(And it seems we have an over-zealous automagic censor here as it didn't like my use of four letter male hen - up)
    IANAL etc.
