Hi Techies,
Would like to add on the bottom of some of my e-mails that the info isfor the sole use of the recipient only etc. and if received in error the sender should be informed and the e-mail deleted(working from home at the min). You know the kind of thing. Can i add it myself and if so how, or do i need a special prog?
Thanks in advance

You could add this text as a signature so it appeared at the bottom of each email you send automatically...
I use outlook but in outlook express I think its... Click Tools/options then signature tab - click 'new' and type chosen text in box, tick 'add signature to all outgoing messages' click ok and job should be done...0 -
Thanks for the quick response Wilco, will give it a try.
Cheers
